Jamie Soward joined the boys to talk all things NRL. Soward played in several Anzac Day matches, he let the boys know what it was like to play on such a momentous occasion. With one eye on this weekends footy Jamie gave us his take on the competition so far.

Ahead of the Swans match this afternoon the boys chat to Nick about the Swans chances, following a few key injuries. Nick touches on what it's like to play on Anzac Day and how that changes for all players involved.

Tokyo bound Aussie hurdler Liz Clay joined the boys to discuss all things Olympics. Liz has had a torrid time with injuries in her career which she's overcome to smash her PB earlier this year at nationals and qualify for the Olympics. Liz ran the guys through how her preparations are are going ahead of Tokyo later this year.

The Crunch Time team are live from Jayco St Mary's to talk all things from the weekend so far. This week Joel Caine was joined by Bryan Fletcher, Eric Grothe Jr and Brendan Cowell.

Stephen O'Keefe was in the chair for Nick Davis this week, alongside host Adam Peacock. The boys were across all the scores and news around the grounds. Nick Davis from the Swans and Roosters dialed into the show to give us an update before the Sydney derby this afternoon, Nick also touched on the game between the Sydney Roosters and the Melbourne Storm. Rugby League writer Ed Chisholm went through the wash-up of the opening games of the round of NRL. Ronnie Blakey from the WSL, dropped by to give us an update in the North Narrabeen Surfing comp. It being day 2 of the Championship racing, SEN Track's form analyst Chris Nelson picked a few winners for us.

Rugby League wrtier for Sporting News Ed joined the boys this morning to discuss the wash-up from the opening games of the NRL. The boys went through the injury crisis at the Sydney Roosters. The boys also touched on the HIA protocols in the NRL and asked are they working? The boys looked forward to the games being played today, including the return of Tommy Turbo for Manly.

WSL commentator Ronnie Blakey dropped by the show to discuss the WSL competition at North Narrabeen. The boys discussed event wildcard Mick Fanning's chances in the competition. The guys also looked forward to the Olympics which surfing for the first time will be apart of.

Ahead of the cross-town derby this afternoon Nick Davis previewed the match between the Sydney Swans and the Greater Western Sydney Giants. The boys also quizzed Nick on the injury crisis at the Sydney Roosters.
