Last week, we told you about a new vaccine requirement for larger businesses from the Biden administration. Well, that rule has now been temporarily blocked. Starting today, the U.S. is allowing international visitors who are fully vaccinated to make non-essential visits. The number of new coronavirus cases is falling in the U.S., but in Europe it has jumped more than 50 percent in the past month.
