Welcome back!
This week I’m super excited to share my interview with gratitude researcher and practitioner Steve Foran.
Steve’s dream is one billion happier people. He began exploring the relationship between gratitude and philanthropic giving during his MBA, and received the Gold Medal for highest academic standing. Since then, he’s been writing and conducting practice-based gratitude research and teaching the habits of gratefulness for close to fifteen years. What’s emerged is his science-based program, Gratitude At Work, which uses gratitude to improve leadership and drive business growth.
You can learn more about his work at his website Gratitude At Work.
In this conversation, we explore what it really means to be grateful and how we can practice gratitude every day to amplify our lives.
Enjoy!
