In this bonus episode, I’m guiding you through a 10-minute body scan meditation designed to help you bring awareness back into your body. This simple but powerful practice will support you in noticing sensations, reconnecting with yourself, and listening to what your body is trying to tell you. By slowing down and tuning in, you’ll begin to release stress, quiet your mind, and create space for healing and transformation.

I created this meditation as part of my course, Back Into the Body: A Burnout Reset Series. I felt so strongly about sharing it that I wanted to bring it to the podcast as a resource for you. The course is built on the belief that true transformation happens at the intersection of mind, body, and soul.
