Ask Me Anything! In this episode, I’m tackling some of your most burning questions about fitness and nutrition. But we’re doing it differently this time - you’re going to hear from real moms with very real struggles as they put me directly on the spot in real time. So fun!
First, weight loss. You’ll hear from Lindsey, who has witnessed her weight creep up over the past year. We talk about one splurge that she struggles with everyday that could be the key to overcoming her plateau and seeing a change.
Then, back and hip pain. I’m helping Randi know what her mindset should be right now as she’s dealing with an injury, and what to focus on for her hips and back so she can get back to her workouts.
Finally, snacks. Nicole has been eating great meals, but it all falls apart with her snacking in between meals. I talk with her about why a good snack is important, when you should have a snack, and exactly what to choose. Lots of ideas with this one!
