As he says, “Do what brings you life, and quit what deadens you.” To put it simply, consider first before you do or pursue something if what you’re about to do would either enliven you or deaden you. If you can’t do it with all your heart, then don’t do it. It’s either a hell yes, or it’s a hell no.
