Application season is wrapping up in most states but still lots of fall hunting plans are being made. Within those states you are applying you have to figure out where you are hunting. If you are new to hunting, that’s a daunting task especially if you are planning a western big game hunt. If you are a veteran hunter you may end up going to the same place over and over. That can be fine but mixing it up and going on a new adventure can bring a lot of excitement for your fall. I’ve ran into a lot of camps in the fall that they say they’ve been hunting the same area for 15-20 years. For some that’s good enough to fill the hunting void. For me, that's not enough. I love moving around to new areas. In this episode I have for you, my recipe to finding a place to hunt.
