Buck just knew that a road was there, so he paralleled the road for a 1 ½ miles then swung back up the mountain.
When do binoculars come in handy?
Deep snow stressed deer out and probably caused them to lose antlers early.
Sneak and peek into the wind.

Knocking snow way up high buck probably has a high rack.
