As an Ayurveda Health Counsellor and facilitator of somatic practices, Kara is interested in supporting her fellow humans at the intersection of physical sensation, emotional awareness, and Intuitive development. She is a Cancer Rising who holds compassionate space, an Aries Sun who offers inspired direction, and an Aquarian Moon who celebrates the divine quirks in herself and others. Her Spirit-led intention is to share the lens of unconditional love, to help us call back the parts of self that have been living outside of our hearts & to embolden the inner knowing we all have access to.
