The other day Facebook reminded me of my memories from 2 years ago. Can I say that is one of my favorite functionalities of Facebook? I get to relive memorable moments and it always puts a smile on my face.

Two years ago in the mist of the pandemic I was starting to feel anxious, overwhelmed, uncertain, vulnerable and worried. I have heard for years the quote “Where focus goes, energy flows” and decided to take on a personal challenge to double down on gratitude and focus on joy by sharing every day a picture of something that brought me joy that day.

Now when I look back my recollection of the pandemic looks very different than what it does for many people or to what I would have look like if I had not taken on this challenge. I created and treasured memorable moments, I grew personally, I changed my mindset, I achieved so many things.

As I was looking at these memories on my FB feed I asked myself, why did I stopped?
