For years I have been focused on observing, meeting with people I saw as successful. I have been lucky to have amazing mentors over my career and my life. But I was only focused on what they were doing. I thought if I could figure out what is that they were doing that I wasn't I would figure out how to be successful too. If wasn't until a couple of years ago that I started to focused on the opposite: on what are the things they are not doing that I am and maybe should let go of. So today I want to share what I learned. Lets talk about 12 things successful people let go of to help them be successful.
