It's been 6 weeks since I've quit making reels and the impact on my Instagram account has been pretty dramatic.

I outlined the full reasons why I decided to put reels on the shelf in my business on Episode #115. Up until a few weeks ago, I was cranking out 5 to 7 videos a week. Even though they took a tremendous amount of time to create, it was worth while to me because they led to business.

Until they didn't...

So, I quit reels and that decision caused my Instagram engagement to explode!

Which is the exact opposite of what should have happened if we listen to the advice online about how to grow your following on the 'Gram.
