I have been doing this podcast for a little over 3 years. When I started the podcast I had a vision to focus on Personal, Leadership and Career Development topics. Over the last 3 years I have been very much focus on personal development and growth topics and incorporated some leadership and career development content. I think is time for us to focus more on the career aspects and incorporate some of those personal growth concepts to help you design, build and drive your career.
