This talk was part of a series that ultimately led to my bestselling book, The Ripple Effect, which is the advanced version of ideas that I was just beginning to distill and organize.
In part three, I explore nutrition and its role in causing inflammation, along with a bunch of tactics and recipes you can use to make sure you are as healthy as possible. From there, the keynote moves into the power and benefits of being in nature, both physically (including at the cellular level) and mentally.
