Before you even think about moving career or finding a new job role you really need to dig deep and find out what's not working for you in your current career, and what would your ideal job or career look like.

Once you have established that, don't make the same mistake a lot of people do. Avoid dismissing all the experience and transferable skills you have gained over the years with all the hard work you have put in.
