And regardless of whether you like politics or don't (ya, me either - bleh), it's a relevant part of our society that needs our engagement.

In this mini-episode, we're diving into why spirituality and politics are perfectly aligned, the importance of our participation in politics, and why it's CRUCIAL to vote in the US Midterms - or wherever you live (again, not telling you how to vote). Plus, I include five reasons why voting is a right and a privilege not to be taken for granted!

While this episode is primarily geared towards my US listeners, know the message and action points are adaptable worldwide. We may not like the systems and structures that govern us, but we must work within them until they can be replaced.
