October is bringing a very different energy than September.

The Akasha describes a month of greater intensity, change, and contrast—but the message isn’t to fear what’s coming or ignore what’s difficult.

It’s about learning how to HOLD BOTH.

Because life can be difficult AND beautiful. We can be shaken AND strong. We can trust ourselves AND need one another. We can stand firmly in who we are while making room for people who are profoundly different from us.

In this October Akashic Forecast, I break down what the Akasha shared about the importance of diversity, looking for the light without denying the darkness, recognizing how much stronger we’ve become, following our own internal navigation system, and finding community during increasingly uncertain times.

October may challenge us, but it’s also asking us to recognize just how equipped we are for what lies ahead.

This month may be difficult, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be beautiful. Our work is learning to see both.

I talk a LOT about what’s possible with the Akashic Records, but sometimes the best way to explain it is to share real-life examples!

So today, I’m offering up my private life – I’m getting DEEPLY personal and sharing how I practically use the Akasha in my everyday.

2026 has been the most challenging year of my life. I’ve navigated difficult things behind the scenes that I haven’t shared publicly—things that have brought up fear, grief, and forced me to look at myself in entirely new ways.

And I would’ve been LOST without the Akashic Records!

In this episode, I’m sharing some of what I’ve been navigating—from perimenopause and a late-stage autism diagnosis to relationship issues and more—but the REAL POINT is how the Akasha has helped me through it. I’m sharing the questions I’ve asked, the guidance I’ve received, and how I’ve leaned on the Akasha as my ride or die through some of the most difficult things I’ve navigated.

Because I want you to SEE what doing life with the Akashic Records IS!

It’s not all past lives, soul contracts, and mystical information. Sometimes it’s asking what the hell is happening to you. Sometimes it’s needing perspective when you’re too emotional to see clearly. And sometimes it’s simply having somewhere to bring all of yourself and KNOW you will be met with love.

THIS is the Akasha I know. The one I live with every day!

Besides my relationship with myself and God, the Akashic Records are the greatest source of guidance, perspective, healing, love, and support in my life.

We have created a “gifted kid” program within the spiritual world without even trying.

We’ve decided certain people are psychic, intuitive, able to channel or communicate with Spirit... while everyone else wasn’t born with the gift.

But here’s the thing: Spiritual ability is NOT reserved for the spiritually “gifted.”

After years of working with the Akashic Records and teaching others to access them, I’ve seen firsthand how easily we underestimate what we’re capable of because our abilities don’t look like someone else’s.

In this episode, I’m diving into the difference between natural ability and access, the role practice plays in developing our gifts, why our abilities can look completely different from one another, and the danger in assuming someone with more obvious gifts is somehow more spiritually connected or capable than we are.

Someone may be more practiced than you, but that doesn’t mean they’re more connected to God than you!

Your abilities are already there. The question is whether you’re willing to develop them.

You can learn to open the Akashic Records in a weekend.

But that rushes something EPIC.

We live in a world of “fast-food spirituality”—constantly consuming more information, learning another modality, getting another certification, and looking for the quickest way from point A to point Z.

And I refuse to teach the Akashic Records that way. Because the Akasha isn’t simply information to learn.

It’s a relationship to develop over time.

There are countless places we can go for guidance—teachers, therapists, spiritual practices, friends, mentors, even the Akashic Records. But there is a BIG difference between receiving guidance and allowing something outside of you to become your authority.

And this is one of the things I love most about the Akasha: It will never ask you to give your authority away.

In fact, the deeper my relationship with the Akashic Records has become, the more they’ve strengthened my relationship with myself.

In this episode, I’m sharing three reasons why I believe the Akasha is one of the greatest allies we have for developing our own authority and discernment. Because while the Records can reveal soul-level information, show us what we cannot see from our human perspective, and offer extraordinary guidance for our everyday lives, they will never make our choices for us.

And perhaps even more importantly, they meet us with something we rarely experience without condition: LOVE.

We have access to more information than ever before. AI. Google. Podcasts. Therapists. Coaches. Spiritual teachers. Social media. Friends and family. Everyone has an opinion, an explanation, or an answer.

But more information doesn’t necessarily mean more TRUTH.

And the more voices we have access to, the more important it becomes to develop one of the greatest spiritual skills we can have: discernment.

I’ve developed this throughout my entire life, but working within the Akashic Records has deepened my discernment in ways I never expected. Because the Akasha doesn’t simply give me answers—it continually asks me to listen, question, interpret, feel, and ultimately decide what is true and aligned for ME.

And I believe we ALL need more of that right now.

You can listen to brilliant teachers. Ask God for guidance. Work with your intuition. Receive a reading. Use AI. Talk to your therapist. Seek advice from people you trust.

But at the end of the day, YOU are still responsible for deciding what you believe and what you choose.

And learning how to do that? That’s freedom.

September is bringing something we desperately need: a little bit of LIGHT.

After the intensity of July and August, the September Akashic Forecast carries a very different energy. The world around us may still feel like a storm—unstable, overwhelming, and at times incredibly difficult to navigate—but something is beginning to break through the clouds.

And this month, our theme is REDISCOVERY.

Rediscovering the people we love. The things that bring us joy. The beauty of our everyday lives. Even the mundane—the ordinary moments we so often rush through, dismiss, or wish away.

In this episode, I share the channeled September Akashic Forecast and break the message down into five themes: finding your footing in the storm, rediscovering the importance of the mundane, remembering what you love, understanding why replenishment is preparation, and anchoring more deeply within yourself.

Because the storm isn’t necessarily ending yet, and the sun doesn’t need the storm to be over before it can begin breaking through.

And neither does your joy, your love, your presence, or your ability to feel fully ALIVE.

For years, I’ve called the Akashic Records THE greatest tool for self-empowerment. But recently, I realized something: calling the Akashic Records a “tool” actually diminishes what they are.

Because the Akasha isn’t another spiritual modality. It isn’t simply a place we go to retrieve information, receive guidance, or get answers to our questions. The Akashic Records exist within the frequency of God—and my definition of God is LOVE.

After years of working within the Records, I’ve realized their greatest gift isn’t necessarily the information they give us. It’s what happens to US along the way.
