Part of what is taking place here is that you are coming to understand that you are so much more than a human body. In fact, you are a soul, and these two are different indeed.

Yes, you have your human experience, but also you have the experience in which your soul signed up to experience through this incarnation – the dips, the valleys, the highs and lows, all that which you go through life, each and every step why it serves a purpose for you, if you choose to see it that way.

Yet you have been allowing yourself to get caught up in the ramblings and shakings of that which is taking place on the planet, if not in the exterior, then certainly within your interior.

But don't you understand that it is shaking you loose from that which no longer serves?”
