This week I had an amazing conversation with my friend Kunal Gupta.

Kunal is an entrepreneur in technology space. He runs a company called Polar, a digital media business that he’s been working on for over a decade. Polar provides advertising technology solutions to hundreds of trusted publishers in 30 countries around the world.

Kunal is a social impact entrepreneur, he volunteers with the Canadian Association for Mental Health, is a meditation teacher, and is becoming an influencer around mindfulness, wellness, business, and performance.
