Desire can feel crystal clear in your head and completely impossible in your body. That tension is what we’re naming out loud here, because “trust yourself” doesn’t help much when fear shows up at the exact same time as the thing you want.

We talk about what seems missing in the market around desire and personal growth: the bridge between desire and daily life. Not just big concepts from psychology or spirituality, but the lived experience of wanting something while craving safety, feeling your nervous system shut down, or mistaking anxiety for a sign to push harder.
