JT Ojerio is a self-taught artist from the the island of O’ahu. Before we started seeing her signature hibiscus flower everywhere she was a former wrestler and even got a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology. Jt is the owner of Studio Hale and discovered her love for art in 2017 when she created Aloha de Mele which is dedicated to the memory of her best friend, Mele who was a Tricolour Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who loved chasing lizards hanging in his kiddie pool, and his ears blowing in the wind.
