If you have experienced a change in your body - or maybe you were simply born into a body - that causes you to feel insecure about your femininity, this episode is for you.

Of course, what you see and hear each day can impact your view of self. And if you tend to compare yourself to others, that can only intensify the feelings of being "less than" or "not enough" of a woman.

Let's do something different. Let's find a version of femininity and sexuality that you can confidently embody - much like Mother Earth.

Action Steps
  • Get out a journal! On one page, write all of the negative beliefs you have about your femininity. Take some time to explore where they came from, or when you first began to believe them.
  • On another page, write out your strengths or the ways that you would like to celebrate your femininity
