Breeann Poland started in the motorcycle industry as an umbrella girl in the AMA Superbike Series. From there she moved to PR and marketing in the motorcycle industry to race team manager to race team owner.  And now this. Poland is now the head of Marketing for Royal Enfield  North America where, amongst a laundry list of other things, she's in charge of the company's Build. Train. Race. program that began in flat track and will make its road racing debut in a few weeks at MotoAmerica's round at Brainerd International Raceway in Minnesota. The program features seven women who have done a custom build on their Royal Enfields, have trained and will now race for the first time at BIR with MotoAmerica. We caught up with Poland to discuss all that in this week's episode of Off Track With Carruthers and Bice.
