As we move into the last quarter of the year, what needs to shift for you? In this episode, I’m sharing a practice that helps me decide what to stop, start, and continue in my personal and professional life.

 

We’ll consider three areas:

• Prune: What do I need to remove or cut back?
• Plant: What is something new I want to begin?
• Tend: What do I need to give attention or care to?

 

By taking the time to identify what we want to grow in this next season, we can decide how to spend our time and what projects to focus on. I encourage you to set aside some time to reflect and name what you need to prune, plant, and tend to in order to flourish in your life and work.
