Hey Friends~
When you get triggered by your child's behavior, there is a reason! When we respond internally to our children’s behavior, it may be deeper, within YOU . . . It MIGHT NOT actually the child’s behavior.
This triggering can be a barrier to being one’s best self! Today, we learn to develop that inner sense that allows you to see your child separately from your internal heightened response. Guest Gayle Weill will share her expertise to show you how to separate those 2 things! This is a must-listen episode!!
Always cheering you on!
