At 2am on July 13, 1994, Sebastian Burns calls 911 to report a triple murder. Mr. Burns had been staying with his friend Atif Rafay and his family in Bellevue Washington for the week and that night he and Atif had gone out together. When they returned to the Rafay's residence, they were met with a bloody crime scene, all but one of the Rafay family members had been slaughtered. Looking to the young men who found the family investigators began asking a lot of questions. Upon their interrogations, investigators found that the young men had an airtight alibi, but would that be enough?
