How do you create space in your life and business when you have a big event coming up?

 

In this episode, I’m joined by Erica Vinson, our Director of the REALIFE Facilitator Network™, as we talk about the big life events we are each currently navigating: Erica’s move and my daughter’s wedding.

 

We’ll give personal examples and practical tips for how to create space for life’s big moments, including:

• How to make the event more manageable by creating a project with specific action steps
• Why it’s important to limit other things going on in your life so you have the emotional space to be present
• Recognizing your limited capacity by setting boundaries and communicating your needs with your people
• How to purposefully pause and acknowledge the moment instead of rushing through it

 

Whether you are walking through an exciting life change or grieving a loss, it’s important to create space for it. You can’t do it all, and this episode will help you name what matters so you can be present for life’s big moments.
