From a very young age, I've loved to write music. As I've come to embrace the Enneagram as a tool for harmony and transformation, I learned how songwriting really invites me to be present in all three centers of intelligence as it engages:

• The body movement of writing the song
• The intellect of the words and lyrics coming together
• The expression of the heart
