There is always things to go, places to go, goals to chase. Even when our days are full, doesn’t mean we are satisfy or that we enjoy the things we spent most of our time. Time flies! I don't know about you but I feel every year goes by faster than the one before it, specially when I look at my kids. There are days I wish time will slow down, just a little. Here is the thing, time has not change it's pace. Time is not going by faster that is to. Time is relative.

My power word of 2023 is INTENTIONAL. I want to live more intentionally this year. Live with more awareness. Make more conscious choices. Slow down, enjoy more the present moment. Live more in alignment to my values, in a way that is authentic, where I can be myself, accept myself and truly love myself just as I am and where I am. 

As I embark in this journey, I want to take you with me and share what I am learning, what is working and what is not helping; so regardless of that your priorities or goals for this year are, I can inspire and help you be more intentional around the things that matter most to YOU.
