Calls for vote by mail are nothing new in America. But with the rash of "stay at home orders", not only are more people calling for more remote voting options, but more states are starting to implement them. I was asked to comment on what is going on in North Dakota and thought it might be a good example to help everyone in the nation to evaluate this move before it is forced down our throats.
