I'm a big fan of ASMR. For those of you who don't know, ASMR is a phenomenon which can produce a range of calming and relaxing sensations, often described as tingles, that can begin at the top of the head and travel down the spine.
There are many different triggers for ASMR, but one of the most effective is the sound of rain, thunder and other gentle, repetitive noises.
I've been fascinated by ASMR for a long time, and I often use it to help me relax and fall asleep.
I was immediately hooked, and I've been listening to it every night for the past week.
The podcast is eight hours long, and each episode is a different rain and thunder soundscape.
I find it very relaxing and calming, and it's helped me to sleep like a baby.
I wake up feeling energized, rejuvenated and relaxed.
I highly recommend this podcast to anyone who loves ASMR, or who needs help relaxing and sleeping.
If you're looking for a way to relax and unwind, I urge you to give it a try.
