The CDC is under fire for what many consider to be confusing advice on how to handle the surge. We're talking to the head of the CDC about the agency's new guidance for COVID patients. They dropped it from 10 to 5 days, and got a lot of criticism. The Supreme Court hears arguments today in two challenges to the Biden administration's vaccine and testing mandates. On the first anniversary of the assault on the Capitol, President Biden blamed former President Trump for that deadly attack. Many members of Congress who were besieged that day returned to the Capitol last night -- holding a vigil on the steps where trump supporters first confronted police officers.
