We approach this difficult topic from the perspective that there is hope and there is a solution for those of us who would seek to put a stop to the tragic toll that suicide is taking, not only in our department and the broader first responder, military veteran community but also nationwide across all communities. Jeremey and Mighty Oaks have recently released a new resource in this fight, a book titled "Not The Solution" that you can download for free using the link below.
