Guarantee you won't see this coming. It's not more down time, it's not more bubble baths, it's not more sleep. It's not more movement, or more meditation. It's none of those things. It's not even tangible. If you want 2020 to *actually* be a better year for you, you need this one thing. It starts with an F. But it's not my favorite F word.
