Welcome back to the Coven of Awesomeness Podcast! We've got the fantastic Karen Lafferty of Continuum Counselling with us this week to talk about rituals of endings, but before we get into that, we have Witchy Would You Rather! Louise is rehashing her WWYR from the mishap last week, and Renee has a question that is very on the nose for this episode.

We then get into our discussion with Karen about loss, grief and endings. We talk about what grief means and what it might look like for different people. We talk about validating and facing our feelings ,and also about some rituals we can do to honour those we have lost.
