This truth bomb is about looking up—literally—and paying attention to what's happening in our skies.

You've probably noticed those long white lines that crisscross overhead, spreading out until they blanket the entire sky. Unlike normal contrails that quickly dissipate, these persistent trails behave differently. They're part of something called geoengineering, and I believe it's affecting our health in ways we need to understand.

Here's what concerns me most: nearly every micronutrient test I run shows low vitamin D levels in my patients. This isn't coincidental. When something is dimming the sun, our bodies can't produce the vitamin D we desperately need. I've also noticed a pattern. Days with heavy aerosol activity often correspond with cycles of illness in my patient population.
