It is no secret that we have found a sort of therapy while caring for our plant collections. Maybe depression got you started with your plant collection and depression can also cause you to ignore your plants and their care. Sometimes, doing anything at all feels exhausting and overwhelming. In this episode we talk about our own experiences with depression and some tricks and tips we use to continuing caring for a large plant collection when you do not want to.
