“…the distinction between past, present and future is only a stubbornly persistent illusion.” - Albert Einstein
Have you said any of these lines? “I wish there were more than 24 hours in a day!” or “There’s not enough time in the day!” Do you find fulfillment in checking boxes? Do you catch yourself multitasking and when you’re done with your list, you go looking for more things to do? That’s time sickness.
Time can be an enormous gift if you are able to handle it well and not allow it to control your emotions or cause you too much stress and anxiety. In today’s episode, I want to talk about addressing this sickness. We need to heal from this suffering. Remember that at the end of the day, the only moment that matters is NOW and there’s fulfillment in doing things when you are “present”.
