We sat down after our second (Freddie) and third (Liam) Prone/Surf foil sessions in the last two weeks, and what an emotional couple of weeks its been! This is certainly testing our limits and its fair to say we aren't finding it very easy.

We discuss the highs and lows of learning to prone foil and why its taking so long, as well as the boards we're currently using to learn on and how we're finding them. What size boards are we using in comparison to what we should be using perhaps?
