As a kid, did you feel responsible for your parent’s happiness?  

That is a tall task for a kid and a lot of weight on our shoulders which can impact us as adults as well.  

We will uncover patterns of enmeshment and codependency that may have been established as a child to garner love and approval from our caregivers.  

The love may have felt conditional and carries with us as adults creating an internal conflict that leads to lots of conflict within our 4 walls.  

When we unlock the handcuffs from our childhood we free our children too which leads to more harmony in our homes.
