We all had pain and trauma from our childhood that the unconscious brain and nervous system remembers at the soul level. 

Our unconscious patterns created when we were younger mysteriously show up when we are adults because we are trying to heal old wounds in current time. 

It never works so we end up recreating old trauma in our adult relationships and many times with our kids where we can lose our cool out of nowhere. 

When we are aware of cutting the ties of trauma bonds with consciousness then we end up creating a legacy of unconditional love and acceptance for ourselves which is passed  on to our children to create more harmony in our homes.
