Vasculitis is a disease that can encompass many different presentations. Usually end-points (pinnal tips, claws, tail tips, etc.) are affected due to lack of collateral circulation. Though pentoxifylline is the mainstay treatment traditionally, there are other options that are sometimes needed. This includes the off-label use of a common allergy medication.
