It's the beginning of 2024, and there is no doubt that a lot of us have New Year resolutions related to our health and wellness. And while I have been down that path before, I actually started some simple lifestyle changes back in October around my birthday and have noticed such a change to my overall body composition that I had to share them.

In this episode, I am sharing the 4 simple lifestyle changes I made that have allowed me to drop an entire pant size. And no, I am not about to share with you some extreme diet... those days are over.
