187. How Many Cheat Meals is Too Many?

A few weeks ago, on episode 181, I shared exactly what a cheat or a “splurge” looks like. And today’s question is along the same lines, but more directed at “how many”.

I’m sure you could use some help figuring out a good balance between splurging all the time and resisting to such an extreme that you end up getting burnt out.

In this quick episode, I’ll break down exactly “how many” splurges you should be aiming for if you want to see fat loss results. I also share ways that you can make this doable and easily fit your unique situation.
