Ben Hodges is a former Commanding General of the United States Army Europe (2014 - 2017). Hodges was responsible for multiple operations during his military career, such as Chief of Operations for Multi-National Corps-Iraq for the Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2005 - 2006. He was also responsible as a Director of Operations in the Regional Command South in Kandahar, Afghanistan from 2009 - 2010. Today, Hodges is a Senior Political Advisor for Human Rights First, a US-based non-profit human rights organization. Hodges lives in Frankfurt, Germany.
