Do you ever feel like you are stuck in quicksand when you want to make a change? You know what you should be doing, but you don’t do the thing that will get you to ‘that thing’  you’re after.  Today we will explore why we all do this and how to soften the quicksand to take action instead of beating ourselves up for the inaction or overdoing a bad habit we are desperate to change.

When we learn these skills, we are a better teacher to our kids which leads to more harmony in the home. We have to (get to) go first.
