FinnPa soared through the leagues (with the backing of a major airliner) to make it to the top tier of Finnish football, even making an appearance in the UEFA Cup. But a season later, they were gone.

Karlstad BK existed as a club for a hundred years or so, but never really reached the heights their fans would have hoped. They merged with another club, Carlstad United, and today exist as IF Karlstad Fotboll, with Sven-Göran Eriksson as their sporting director.
