As coaches, whenever we meet a new client, they will tell us about the things that they're thinking and feeling, and often they will follow it up with the question, "Is it just me or is this normal in grief?"
As we know, there is nothing normal about grief, but in this episode we talk about a bunch of things that frequently fall into this category... the things that grievers will often keep to themselves out of fear of judgement.
