In this episode, we welcome Jocelyn, a true cultivator of curiosity in the human experience. As a Soul Art Guide, Akashic Records Guide, Yoga Nidra Guide, and Human Design Mentor, Jocelyn has spent over 25 years helping people uncover their most authentic selves and find purpose in life. Her work as an Expressive Arts Therapist and EFT Master Practitioner has touched countless lives, guiding people through their own transformations.
But two and a half years ago, Jocelyn’s world was shattered. Losing both of her parents just seven days apart plunged her into a grief she never imagined. Since then, she’s been on a deeply personal journey, navigating through the overwhelming sorrow and finding unexpected light along the way. Grief, as painful as it is, has expanded her view of life, deepened her creativity, and reshaped her understanding of her life’s story.
In this conversation, Jocelyn opens her heart and shares how this profound loss has not only transformed her, but also brought clarity and purpose to her life in ways she couldn’t have foreseen. Let me hear your thoughts!
In this deeply personal solo episode, I open up about the three most transformative lessons I’ve learned on my grief journey. This episode is not just about coping—it's about finding a way to live fully, even as grief becomes part of who you are.
I share raw, honest reflections, including a vulnerable moment with my daughter Madison that challenged me to confront feelings of shame and guilt. Through this experience, I realized that healing comes when we stop judging our emotions and start embracing them.
Grief is not something we "get over." It’s a lifelong companion, but one that can walk beside joy, hope, and meaning. I hope my story helps you feel less alone and gives you the strength to honor your own journey, wherever you are in it.
