Our resident Exercise physiologist Archie Richards is back for another episode… this time we are chatting all things strength training ! 

There are some common misunderstandings or “myths” as we refer to them in the episode around strength training; what it is, when it’s appropriate and how or when to do it. There is also some wonderful evidence to show us its benefits ! Archie unpacks all of this and helps you understand how strength training can benefit you. 

Archie gives us some simple exercises and examples of how we are include strength training into our daily routines. He explores some barriers to strength training and gives some suggestions for solutions.
